Job Overview
We are seeking a Telecalling Executive to actively engage with customers through outbound calls with the goal of promoting our financial products and services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for communicating features, handling inquiries, and arranging meetings or demonstrations for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct a large number of outbound calls each day to potential or existing clients using supplied leads.
- Effectively communicate and convince customers of product features, services, or educational offerings.
- Recognize customer requirements and schedule appointments or demos for senior sales personnel.
- Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer questions about the company’s products and services.
Compensation
The position offers a monthly salary ranging between INR 14,000 and INR 27,000.
