Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Initiate and monitor calls to potential customers and follow up on leads.
- Arrange and coordinate site visits for interested clients.
- Update and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) systems and lead databases accurately.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure cohesive workflow.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with customers to support company growth.
Candidate Requirements
- Effective communication abilities in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English.
- Fundamental computer skills.
- Prior experience in telecalling or sales is advantageous.
- A positive mindset coupled with eagerness to learn.
Compensation
