Position Summary
This opportunity is provided on behalf of a partner organization seeking a Technical Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner based in the United States. The role is tailored for a seasoned recruiter desiring autonomy in their work with access to international hiring prospects.
As a pivotal member of the recruitment function, you will oversee the entire hiring process across technical, engineering, and business departments, facilitating connections between outstanding candidates and critical vacancies.
This fully remote position offers the advantage of flexible scheduling while being supported by a collaborative recruitment network.
You will apply your sourcing proficiency, market insight, and candidate evaluation expertise to achieve effective hiring results.
Recruitment focus areas include software engineering, AI, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, data science, and leadership roles, contributing towards the assembly of high-achievement teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle the recruitment lifecycle end to end, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate placement.
- Comprehend client hiring needs and convert technical requirements into targeted sourcing strategies.
- Identify, engage, and appraise qualified professionals in both technology and business fields.
- Conduct recruiter interviews to evaluate candidates' technical alignment, experience, motivation, and availability.
- Arrange and coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring transparent communication throughout.
- Develop and sustain long-term candidate relationships and talent pipelines.
- Ensure submission of high-quality candidates that align closely with job specifications and client expectations.
- Work jointly with recruitment teams and stakeholders to enhance placement success and streamline hiring efficiency.
- Manage numerous active vacancies simultaneously while maintaining an excellent candidate experience.
Essential Requirements
- Proven background in technical recruitment, talent acquisition, or executive search.
- Strong sourcing skills utilizing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search methods, and other recruitment tools.
- Experience hiring for technical disciplines such as software engineering, AI, machine learning, cloud, DevOps, cybersecurity, data engineering, infrastructure, or product management.
- Deep understanding of technical roles and the capability to assess candidate suitability.
- Outstanding communication and relationship management skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to juggle multiple recruitment projects in a dynamic environment.
- Self-driven and comfortable operating independently in a remote setting.
- Additional recruitment experience in healthcare, finance, sales, operations, manufacturing, logistics, or leadership roles is advantageous.
