About the Role
This full-time remote Technical Recruiter position focuses on advancing an AI-driven recruitment system called Zara, which automates sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement processes. The role demands strong expertise in machine learning and AI technologies while working closely with various teams to develop scalable recruitment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and enhance machine learning algorithms to boost Zara's capabilities for matching candidates efficiently and accurately.
- Develop and sustain backend systems that leverage natural language processing techniques for parsing resumes and analyzing job descriptions.
- Integrate the Zara system with applicant tracking software, HR databases, and third-party recruitment platforms through APIs.
- Partner with data scientists and product teams to improve AI training data quality and assess model performance metrics.
- Ensure recruitment workflows meet privacy laws and adhere to ethical standards in AI usage.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in Python programming with experience in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Solid background in natural language processing, familiar with tools like spaCy or Hugging Face.
- Practical experience deploying scalable AI solutions in real-world production environments.
- Knowledge of cloud computing services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies like Docker.
- Competence in working with SQL and NoSQL databases to facilitate data extraction and integration.
- Understanding ethical AI principles and techniques to minimize bias in recruitment systems.
- Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices-based architectures.
- Expertise in building data pipelines and managing ETL workflows.
