Role and Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and clients to gather comprehensive staffing requirements for permanent and contract-to-hire IT positions.
• Utilize diverse sourcing channels such as job portals, social media platforms, professional networks, and referrals to identify potential candidates.
• Oversee the entire recruitment process from initial candidate engagement through to offer negotiation and successful onboarding.
• Develop and maintain a robust pool of qualified candidates to meet both immediate and future hiring demands.

Candidate Profile and Skills

• Demonstrable experience working as a recruiter, with preference for backgrounds in IT or technical recruitment.
• Strong familiarity with various IT roles, technologies, and the specific skills required.
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation capabilities.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies efficiently.

Additional Information

• Work location: Noida Sector 4 and Novel Tech Park, GB Palya, Kudlu Gate (Bangalore).
• Working hours: 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday.
