Job Overview

This apprenticeship offers hands-on experience within a machinery-driven setting, emphasizing technical knowledge, operational reliability, and customer service. The apprentice will gain insight into warehouse functions, equipment preparation, technical assistance, and customer-facing tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in machinery handling and warehouse operations, performing pre-delivery and routine daily inspections.
• Prepare machines for shipment, ensuring documentation accuracy and adherence to safety protocols.
• Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with clients concerning parts availability and orders.
• Deliver technical support both remotely and onsite, troubleshooting equipment issues for customers.
• Conduct operational training and machine familiarization sessions for clients to promote safe use.
• Learn and utilize the company’s ERP system to monitor inventory, orders, and maintenance records.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisory personnel.

Candidate Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

• Up to one year of relevant experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Fundamental knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
• Authorization to work in Saudi Arabia.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Energy, Electrical Engineering, or related technical disciplines.
• Practical experience with machinery servicing, warehouse operations, or inspection processes.
• Familiarity with ERP platforms.
• Exposure to aerial work platforms, material handling, or similar industrial machinery.
• Previous involvement in customer support roles, troubleshooting, coordinating deliveries, or training activities.
