About the Role

The Arnold Kuthe Entertainment GmbH manages Wintergarten Berlin, one of Europe's foremost entertainment and dinner theaters. Alongside captivating variety shows, it hosts memorable gala and special events that enchant guests. We are looking to strategically and operationally advance our ticketing operations by recruiting a dedicated and responsible Teamlead Ticketing (m/w/d/x) in full- or part-time at the earliest opportunity. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire ticket sales system for Wintergarten Varieté Berlin, including technical administration of ticketing systems.
• Provide personal assistance and consultation to guests through various channels.
• Lead the cash desk and service team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Act as a crucial liaison between ticketing and the marketing, communication, and sales departments.

Candidate Qualifications

• Enthusiasm for customer service via phone, email, and face-to-face at the theater box office.
• Extensive experience with EVENTIM.Inhouse ticketing software is mandatory.
• Familiarity with other ticketing platforms is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills, social competence, and dedication to service excellence.
• Ability to maintain composure and resilience under stressful conditions, with a confident demeanor.
• Interest in variety theater, stage performance, and live entertainment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays on a regular basis.
• Experience in customer relationship management (CRM) and generating/analyzing reports is a plus.
• Structured, independent, and solution-focused work approach.
