About Dulcedo Management
Dulcedo Management is a comprehensive talent management agency representing over 350 creators, athletes, entertainers, and models. We emphasize long-term career planning over transactional management, empowering our teams to adopt entrepreneurial mindsets while providing the infrastructure and support necessary for sustainable career development.
Role Overview
The Team Manager at Dulcedo is a leadership role focused on coaching, mentoring, and managing a team of Agents. This position involves fostering individual growth, building a cohesive and high-performing team culture, and contributing directly to sales and talent representation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a small team to enhance their performance, confidence, and responsibility.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings to offer guidance, feedback, and strategic advice.
- Collaborate with Associate Directors and leadership to align on business priorities, team performance, and opportunities.
- Oversee recruitment, selection, onboarding, and training to set up new hires for continued success.
- Manage performance reviews, support goal-setting, and develop personalized growth plans for team members.
- Maintain direct talent representation and contribute to sales outcomes while embodying leadership by example.
Importance of the Role
Team Managers significantly impact the agency's overall health, productivity, and culture by encouraging consistency, setting high standards, and cultivating internal talent. Leadership is viewed through the lens of influence, trust, and nurturing growth rather than hierarchy.
Candidate Profile
Ideal candidates possess approximately 5 or more years of experience in talent management or influencer marketing, including experience in mentoring or supporting junior team members. However, individuals from related fields with a passion for mentoring and the creator economy are encouraged to apply, as training will be provided.
Benefits and Perks
- Unlimited paid vacation, 12 personal days, sick leave, birthday off, flexible schedules, an agency-wide break during the holidays, and early finish Fridays.
- Flexibility to work remotely or from pet-friendly offices with the necessary tools and environment to succeed.
- Uncapped commissions (individual and team), performance bonuses, and annual salary reviews based on results, leadership, and development.
- Experience the dynamism of a fast-growing boutique agency combined with the stability and resources of a leading North American talent management firm.
Equal Opportunity and Hiring Process
Dulcedo Management is committed to inclusivity and provides accommodations during the application process upon request. The agency may use AI tools to assist with talent acquisition processes; however, final hiring decisions are made by human recruiters. For inquiries about data processing, candidates are encouraged to contact the company directly.
