This opportunity is for a fresher teacher at The Banyan, a childcare-focused organization operating pre-schools, daycares, and activity centers. The role is based in Lucknow and involves working with young children in a safe, nurturing, and structured learning environment.

What you'll do

• Design and run age-appropriate learning activities for children.
• Follow the curriculum and teaching plan in line with academic guidelines.
• Prepare lesson materials and classroom aids in advance.
• Supervise children closely and ensure their safety at all times.
• Maintain a secure, caring, and child-friendly classroom atmosphere.
• Handle children patiently, gently, and with sensitivity.
• Keep the classroom neat, organized, and well-arranged.
• Set up learning materials and displays properly.
• Encourage discipline and positive behavior in the classroom.
• Keep parents informed about child progress through regular updates.
• Attend parent meetings and discuss progress or concerns professionally.
• Respond to parent questions in a courteous and helpful way.
• Maintain attendance, student records, and development tracking accurately.
• Work with other teachers and staff as part of the team.
• Take part in training sessions and staff meetings.

Additional details
