Role Overview

We are looking for a temporary full-time Talent Manager based in Auckland to support recruitment operations. This position works closely with Recruitment Consultants to ensure successful hiring through comprehensive sourcing, screening, assessment, and candidate relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Recruitment Consultants to comprehend client needs, market trends, and staffing plans.
• Independently manage multiple recruitment campaigns, sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates.
• Offer insightful candidate analyses and recommendations to facilitate hiring decisions.
• Maintain professionalism and ethical standards in candidate engagement, ensuring timely communication.
• Ensure meticulous management of documentation, reference checks, compliance, and data accuracy in systems.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in recruitment delivery or talent sourcing with a passion for building strong professional relationships. This role suits individuals comfortable in a dynamic commercial environment and able to juggle multiple recruitment activities across diverse roles and sectors while delivering superior candidate care.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment including talent acquisition and resourcing.
• Competence in sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates across multiple levels and roles.
• Resilience, tenacity, and focused persistence to achieve recruitment goals.
• Proficient use of ATS/CRM and common recruitment tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with keen attention to detail and effective follow-up.
• Proactive problem-solving attitude augmented by sound judgment and initiative.
• Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced, changing work environment.
