Role Overview

We seek a Talent Attraction Partner who will work closely with our expert recruiting team to spearhead both outbound sourcing and referral programs, primarily focusing on technical roles in mobile and software engineering. You will play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and motivating highly skilled engineering professionals to join Duolingo.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to design and execute tailored sourcing plans to meet the demands of high-volume technical recruitment.
• Proactively cultivate and manage a robust pipeline of engineering candidates using outbound sourcing combined with CRM re-engagement techniques.
• Participate in intake meetings to thoroughly comprehend role requirements and expectations.
• Conduct recruiter-led screening interviews to assess technical suitability and provide calibrated hiring recommendations to managers.
• Produce market maps and talent intelligence reports that detail the total addressable market, inform sourcing strategies, and prioritize candidate pipelines.
• Test and refine outreach methods through A/B testing to enhance recruitment funnel effectiveness.
• Manage outreach efforts with a balanced approach to reach a large candidate pool while maintaining personalized and high-quality engagement.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's degree.
• Have at least 2 years' experience sourcing quality candidates for engineering positions in a high-volume environment.
• Demonstrate a track record of building and sustaining relationships with diverse and hard-to-access talent pools.
• Proficient with tools such as G-Suite, Greenhouse, Gem, and SeekOut.
• Skilled in Boolean search logic and CRM re-engagement techniques for talent sourcing.
• Exhibit strong organizational abilities with excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Adapt well to fast-paced environments and continuously improve sourcing strategies as needs evolve.

Preferred Qualifications

• A data-driven mindset emphasizing both rapid and precise candidate engagement.
• Having a long-standing Duolingo streak is a fun plus.

Compensation & Benefits

The offered salary depends on experience, skills, and internal benchmarks, ranging from $119,000 to $161,000 USD annually, supplemented with equity compensation. Our comprehensive benefits program supports the holistic well-being of our staff.
