About the Company

Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health, together with Concerted Care Group (CCG), has been providing outpatient addiction and behavioral health treatment since 1973. The organization serves communities across Maryland, Washington, DC, Virginia, Delaware, and Pennsylvania, and has expanded to become one of the Mid-Atlantic region's larger outpatient care providers.

The company emphasizes compassionate, evidence-based care and a workplace culture grounded in diversity, equity, and inclusion. Those values influence hiring, leadership, and the way the organization supports the communities it serves.

Role Overview

This is a fully remote Talent Acquisition Specialist role supporting the Mid-Atlantic region. The position is designed for an experienced recruiter who can manage full-cycle hiring for both clinical and operational roles. The role offers a base salary of $85,000 plus commission and is best suited to someone who takes a consultative approach, builds strong relationships, and enjoys work that contributes to a meaningful mission.

The job is not focused on transactional recruiting. Instead, the specialist will work closely with hiring managers, strengthen talent pipelines for hard-to-fill positions, and help connect committed professionals with purpose-driven opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for a variety of clinical and operational positions that align with the organization's mission.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by leading intake conversations, guiding candidate evaluation, and ensuring searches move forward efficiently.
  • Develop and sustain pipelines for recurring openings through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship management.
  • Use targeted sourcing and resume review to identify both active jobseekers and passive talent.
  • Confirm that applicants have the necessary licenses and credentials before they advance in the hiring process.
  • Negotiate offers, issue accepted terms, and share start-date details with HR and hiring leaders.
  • Provide input on sourcing approaches and compensation strategy for challenging vacancies.
  • Track and report whether selected candidates qualify for internal referral rewards.

Requirements

  • At least 3–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within healthcare.
  • Prior experience hiring for behavioral health, mental health, or substance use treatment roles is a strong advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to source candidates effectively, including people who are not actively searching for new roles.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS and HCM platforms, with Greenhouse preferred.
  • A consultative communication style and a proven ability to earn the trust of hiring managers.
  • Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to manage several searches at once, shift priorities quickly, and maintain follow-through.
  • Bachelor's degree required.

Compensation

The role pays a base salary of $85,000 plus commission.

Benefits and Perks

  • PTO starts at 15 days and increases with tenure.
  • 7 paid holidays each year.
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage with several plan choices, including Kaiser Permanente, plus wellness and self-care resources.
  • HSA, HRA, and FSA options for tax-advantaged savings.
  • Employer-paid short-term and long-term disability coverage.
  • Company-provided life insurance.
  • Employee Assistance Program with confidential support when needed.
  • 401(k) retirement plan.
  • Complimentary access to a personal financial advisor.
  • Tuition reimbursement and student loan repayment support.
  • Employee discounts through Working Advantage.
  • STAR Recognition Program with quarterly company-sponsored trips for standout performers.
  • Tiered employee referral bonus rewards.
  • Paid time for professional development.

Equal Opportunity Statement

The employer is committed to equal opportunity hiring and fosters an inclusive workplace that welcomes diversity.
