Role Overview

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People Team on a six-month fixed-term contract. This hybrid role is based mainly in our London office with two onsite days per week. You will be the primary recruitment partner for head office functions spanning the UK, US, Switzerland, and Denmark. From initial job briefing through to job offers, you will handle full-cycle recruitment, advocate best practices, ensure outstanding candidate experiences, and drive continuous improvements in hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main recruitment contact for assigned departments.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment using direct sourcing methods including LinkedIn, job boards, and events.
• Develop and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates with a personal approach.
• Guide and support hiring managers to make confident, inclusive, and efficient hiring choices.
• Work collaboratively with the People Team to implement inclusive, data-driven recruitment processes that evolve alongside the business.
• Help enhance the employer brand and champion recruitment innovation leveraging AI and automation.
• Oversee third-party partnerships, ensuring they align with PureGym’s values.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to support data-informed decisions.

Candidate Profile

• Proactive recruiter capable of building strong relationships and managing multiple priorities swiftly and purposefully.
• Comfortable interpreting recruitment data to inform decisions and produce reports.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in process management and administration.
• Collaborative team player passionate about delivering an excellent candidate experience with a strong commitment to inclusion.
• Willing and able to work from the London office at least two days a week with a flexible schedule to support different markets.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven success in managing end-to-end recruitment for head office roles in fast-paced settings, ideally combining agency and internal experience.
• Expertise in direct sourcing and creative recruitment strategies for challenging positions.
• Strong stakeholder management with the capability to influence various levels within an organization.
• Excellent administrative capability with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems such as Dayforce, Talentsoft, Recruitee, or Paylocity is advantageous.
