Key Responsibilities

  • Create and implement targeted recruitment and sourcing strategies tailored to various role profiles, markets, and talent categories.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to define search profiles, candidate personas, and hiring needs.
  • Evaluate and continually optimize recruiting channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, niche job boards, and professional networks.
  • Engage proactively in talent sourcing via active outreach, networking events, and digital communities.
  • Develop and sustain robust talent pools aligned with current and future hiring demands, especially within key strategic segments.
  • Screen applicants thoroughly, deliver detailed candidate profiles, and supply market insights to aid hiring decisions.
  • Ensure a professional, transparent, and positive experience for candidates at all recruitment stages.
  • Boost employer branding and talent attraction initiatives to establish PATRIZIA as an employer of choice in target markets.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and funnel data to inform data-driven enhancements in recruitment quality and efficiency.
  • Manage candidate data meticulously in Workday Recruiting, ensuring accuracy and process compliance.
  • Advance recruiting methodologies through structured interview scorecards, candidate preparation tools, interview guides, and training for Hiring Managers.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners to coordinate external search firm engagements.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Business Psychology, or a related field.
  • Several years of relevant experience in Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, or Executive Search.
  • Demonstrated expertise in identifying effective recruiting channels and engaging professional and specialist talent pools.
  • Proficient in active sourcing and social media recruiting, with experience building university and academic networks being advantageous.
  • Capable of supporting HR partners and Hiring Managers with precise market intelligence and candidate insight reports.
  • Strong independent, organized, and proactive work approach with a focus on solutions.
  • Keen interest in contemporary recruiting strategies, employer branding, HR technology, scorecards, and data-centric recruitment decisions.
  • Experienced in utilizing applicant tracking systems, preferably Workday Recruiting.
  • Fluent in both German and English, written and verbal.
  • Passionate about talent acquisition, employer branding, recruitment marketing, and cultivating lasting relationships with candidates and university networks.
