Role Overview
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Emesent, you will own the complete recruitment cycle, partnering closely with the Director of People & Culture and hiring managers across all departments. Your mission is to attract and secure top talent, fostering a collaborative, driven, and enjoyable work culture within the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and retain a thorough understanding of the staffing needs across Emesent's divisions.
- Work with the People team and hiring managers to craft compelling job postings and establish clear candidate criteria.
- Screen candidates through phone interviews, shortlist qualified applicants, and organize interviews in consultation with hiring managers.
- Manage recruitment advertising and sourcing strategies to maintain robust talent pipelines anticipating current and future hiring demands.
- Advise and coach hiring managers and stakeholders on best practices throughout the recruitment stages.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience with prompt feedback and clear communication on next steps.
- Coordinate approvals, offer letters, and onboarding processes alongside the People team for successful hires.
- Utilize talent mapping to proactively source and build candidate pools.
- Support recruitment setup in emerging company locations as Emesent expands internationally.
- Drive employer branding initiatives and contribute insights into the employee lifecycle.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis for role positioning.
- Monitor industry trends and disseminate relevant information within the People team.
- Assist with other HR and people-related projects to support team operations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 3 years experience in internal recruitment roles.
- Track record in recruiting for technical positions including Engineering, Sales (local and global), and business roles.
- Strong team orientation and collaboration skills within people and talent acquisition functions.
- Proven ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle with confidence.
- Expertise in headhunting and creative talent sourcing techniques.
- Experience working with diverse stakeholders and a passion for understanding Emesent's business and culture.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, along with strong negotiation, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
