Mission and Role Overview

We seek a motivated and relationship-focused Talent Acquisition & Recruiting Manager to join us in scaling our organization. This role is integral to identifying and recruiting exceptional talent across product, operations, sales, and client-facing roles. The ideal candidate will possess strategic acumen, excellent communication skills, and hands-on recruiting expertise to build teams aligned with our company culture and growth goals. Partnering closely with leadership, this position drives recruitment strategy, improves hiring processes, and strengthens our employer brand to attract top talent effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust candidate pipelines across several departments.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for critical positions.
• Enhance hiring speed, candidate quality, and overall experience.
• Design sourcing strategies specifically for difficult-to-fill and leadership vacancies.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role expectations and ideal candidate profiles.
• Coordinate interview logistics and manage communication with candidates.
• Advance employer branding and optimize recruiting processes.
• Monitor recruitment key performance indicators and hiring metrics.
• Support strategic workforce planning and organizational growth.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally in startups or fast-growing environments.
• Proficient in sourcing passive candidates and overseeing recruitment pipelines.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building capabilities.
• Capability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and contemporary recruiting tools.
• Previous experience with technical, operational, or SaaS hiring is highly advantageous.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering on follow-up actions.
• Comfortable working in dynamic and rapidly changing workplace settings.
