We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Partner who thrives on building strong relationships, tackling recruitment challenges, and streamlining the hiring process for colleagues. This role involves collaborating with leaders across manufacturing, service, projects, and corporate divisions within Australia and New Zealand.

As a key player in the hiring lifecycle, from workforce planning through onboarding, you will independently manage recruitment efforts and serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders. Your responsibilities will vary day to day, including sourcing frontline manufacturing personnel, partnering with senior leaders on strategic hiring, and innovating attraction strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leadership teams to identify hiring requirements and provide actionable recruitment support.
  • Administer the full recruitment cycle for both blue-collar and white-collar roles.
  • Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines via sourcing, networking, and creative attraction methods.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all candidates and hiring managers from initial contact through onboarding.
  • Identify and recommend improvements for recruitment processes, employer branding, and candidate engagement.
  • Partner with HR and business units to support workforce planning and anticipate future hiring demands.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in managing comprehensive recruitment in dynamic, fast-paced settings.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and business partnership capabilities.
  • Experience recruiting for diverse roles, including high-volume operational/frontline and professional positions.
  • Ability to juggle several priorities without compromising candidate experience quality.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and relationship management skills.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably SuccessFactors or equivalent platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience within an internal Talent Acquisition function.
  • Familiarity with recruiting in manufacturing, service, or industrial sectors.
  • Competence in proactive sourcing through channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.

Benefits

  • Hybrid work arrangement with flexibility.
  • Access to onsite parking facilities.
  • Discounted health insurance options.
  • Recognition initiatives through ABC Values Awards.
  • Active Wellbeing Committee addressing Mental Health, Community Engagement, Diversity & Inclusion, and social/amenities programs.
  • WhereFit membership offering perks on gyms, apparel, and more.
