We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner for a 12-month fixed-term contract to support the recruitment of frontline Station Staff and lead multiple recruitment projects. This role deeply engages with hiring managers and senior leaders, offering strategic workforce planning, spearheading innovative attraction methods, and ensuring optimal workforce placement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for large-scale, high-volume hiring campaigns.
- Develop and implement creative attraction strategies to engage top talent amidst competitive markets.
- Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines leveraging market intelligence and workforce analytics.
- Oversee the recruitment process from vacancy briefing through offers and onboarding.
- Coordinate large-scale assessment centres including screening, testing, and group evaluations.
- Collaborate with leaders to advise on strategic workforce planning and recruitment solutions.
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience that aligns with Metro's employer branding.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion by attracting candidates from varied backgrounds.
- Establish and nurture trusted partnerships with stakeholders across diverse business units.
- Continuously identify, recommend, and apply improvements to recruitment practices and standards.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated experience managing volume recruitment within large and complex organizations.
- Strong skills in stakeholder engagement with proven ability to influence at multiple organizational levels.
- Experience conducting assessment centres, group recruitment events, and volume hiring processes.
- Proven ability to juggle competing priorities while maintaining high service quality.
- Experience hiring for specialist and technical roles in addition to mass recruitment.
- Solid sourcing skills and experience in developing candidate talent pools.
- Proficiency with SAP recruitment systems is mandatory; familiarity with PageUp, SuccessFactors, or similar ATS is advantageous.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and readiness to actively engage in tasks.
- Excellent communication skills combined with a collaborative and solution-oriented mindset.
