About the Role
The Talent Acquisition Manager is tasked with designing and executing robust recruitment strategies to attract and hire high-caliber professionals across various departments. This role encompasses managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, fostering strong collaborations with hiring leaders, enhancing the company's employer brand, and ensuring the hiring process is seamless and aligned with the organization's objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Devise and apply innovative sourcing techniques to fulfill the organization's diverse hiring requirements.
- Partner with business leaders to anticipate workforce needs and plan accordingly.
- Lead, guide, and develop the talent acquisition team to meet and exceed performance standards.
- Define and utilize key performance indicators to measure recruitment effectiveness and refine processes continuously.
- Oversee end-to-end hiring activities for critical and senior positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
- Ensure hiring practices adhere to inclusivity, fairness, and legal compliance at all stages.
- Collaborate closely with department heads to comprehend hiring demands and candidate profiles, providing expert talent market insights and advice on optimal recruitment approaches.
- Advance employer branding initiatives via social media, events, and strategic partnerships.
- Enhance candidate engagement and provide a positive experience throughout the recruitment journey up to onboarding.
- Leverage applicant tracking systems and other HR technologies to streamline recruitment operations.
- Produce and interpret recruitment metrics, reports, and dashboards to inform decision-making.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least five years’ experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, including a minimum of two years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruitment within a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
- In-depth knowledge of sourcing strategies, recruitment marketing, and HR best practices.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR analytics tools.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
