Talent Acquisition Lead

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to manage and guide a team of 5–7 recruiters ranging from junior to seasoned professionals. This role involves establishing and implementing effective talent acquisition processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and policies to streamline recruitment activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a recruiting team comprising 5 to 7 members with varying experience levels.
• Develop, implement, and maintain talent acquisition processes and SOPs to enhance operational efficiency.
• Create and enforce policies related to recruitment and talent management.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders to align recruitment strategies with business needs.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive management reports on recruitment and team performance.
• Utilize AI tools thoughtfully to optimize recruitment efforts and decision-making.
