Orlando Health's Orlando Regional Medical Center (ORMC) is seeking a dedicated Supply Chain Document Coordinator to join their supply chain operations team full-time. This position plays an important role in ensuring that hospital departments receive their necessary supplies promptly and accurately, directly impacting patient care quality.

Key Responsibilities
- Receiving, verifying, and inspecting inbound shipments against shipping documentation
- Coordinating dock activities and serving as the initial contact for carriers
- Preparing outgoing shipments, managing returns, and handling repair materials
- Ensuring precise labeling, documentation, and processing of purchase orders
- Maintaining accurate supply chain data within system platforms
- Working closely with Purchasing and Clinical Engineering teams to address equipment and supply demands
- Identifying and resolving issues related to shipping discrepancies and damaged goods
- Supporting the efficient distribution of critical supplies throughout hospital departments
Required Qualifications
- Possession of a high school diploma or GED
- Minimum two years of experience in warehousing, shipping/receiving, or supply chain roles
- Basic computer proficiency
- Effective communication skills are preferred
- Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or dock equipment is advantageous
- Familiarity with supply chain management software is also preferred
