Supply Chain Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with stock ordering and manage inventory to ensure product availability aligns with customer demand.
• Coordinate inbound deliveries by liaising with suppliers, transport firms, and third-party logistics providers.
• Keep stock records up to date and proactively identify potential supply problems before they affect customers.
• Assist with purchase orders, forecasting, and stock planning within SAP.
• Support weekly stock meetings and communicate updates across departments.
• Maintain accurate product master data and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Supply Chain team.

Required Experience and Skills

• Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Purchasing or Customer Operations.
• Strong organisational abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for dealing with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
• Experience using SAP or other ERP systems is advantageous.
• A proactive, team-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and aims to grow within Supply Chain.

Additional Information

• Salary: £32,000 per year.
• Benefits include two days of remote work per week, 25 days of annual holiday, and career development opportunities.
• Work hours are Monday to Friday.
