- Perform comprehensive qualitative and quantitative analyses, extracting meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.
- Coordinate and engage with cross-functional teams across technical and commercial areas to align diverse perspectives.
- Develop and refine business models, including value drivers and scenario analyses.

Required Qualifications
- Ability to solve unstructured and ambiguous problems while maintaining focus on key objectives.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling, data analytics, and SQL; effectively communicating findings to executive stakeholders.
- Proven proficiency in financial analysis and modeling.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling strong relationship building.
- Adaptability to a fast-moving, dynamic startup environment.
- Experience with project-based work, swiftly shifting priorities, and rapid assimilation of new knowledge—common in consulting or BizOps roles in tech organizations.
- Collaborative team player with a cooperative approach.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
Preferred Attributes
- Operational experience in technology companies, particularly in roles like Chief of Staff, BizOps, or Strategy.
- Consulting or finance background with financial modeling experience, ideally paired with tech industry experience involving physical products such as transportation, supply chain, or property technology.
- Industry experience in segments such as ride-hailing, trucking, or delivery services.
- Expertise in commercialization strategies including pricing and partner engagement.
