About the Role

At NAPA Yatala, our Store Persons play a vital role by prioritizing safety and taking responsibility for maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. The core tasks involve accurately picking, packing, and dispatching stock orders efficiently and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders.
• Meeting order deadlines consistently.
• Delivering excellent customer service as required.
• Supporting team members with various warehouse functions.
• Ensuring storeroom tidiness and safety compliance.
• Actively contributing to a safety-first workplace culture to ensure all team members make it safe and return home safely.

Note: This position involves physical activities such as lifting, bending, climbing, and may require operating vehicles or machinery safely.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in warehouse operations focusing on goods receivals and dispatching.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Possession of a current driver's license; forklift license is an advantage.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 20 kilograms.
• Strong dedication to safety protocols and fostering productive working relationships.
• Eager to learn and improve continuously.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• A passion for excellence and continuous improvement.
