We are seeking a Store Manager to lead and enhance the sales performance, customer experience, and staff development at our Zara location in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will focus on building client loyalty and expanding brand presence through a customer-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales targets geared towards boosting store profitability
• Recruit, train, and evaluate the effectiveness and output of store team members
• Ensure the store maintains a neat, organized, and visually appealing environment
• Manage inventory and oversee daily store operations efficiently

Required Qualifications

• Completion of high school education or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of two years experience in managing retail store operations
