Qualifications and Requirements

• At least three years of retail or customer service management experience.

• Minimum educational qualification: High School diploma or GED.
• Legal authorization to work in Canada with appropriate identification documentation.
• Availability to work full-time hours exceeding 40 hours per week, including variable shifts such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary range from $61,000 to $80,875 CAD, based on market location, experience, and internal equity.
