Qualifications and Requirements
- At least three years of retail or customer service management experience.

- Strong leadership qualities with the capability to mentor and coach team members professionally.
- Minimum educational qualification: High School diploma or GED.
- Legal authorization to work in Canada with appropriate identification documentation.
- Availability to work full-time hours exceeding 40 hours per week, including variable shifts such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary range from $61,000 to $80,875 CAD, based on market location, experience, and internal equity.
