Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Store Manager to handle all aspects of our retail store operations. This role involves meeting sales goals, ensuring top-notch customer service, managing stock, leading the store team, and maintaining company standards for a smooth, efficient store environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, oversee, and inspire the store employees.
- Create work schedules and monitor staff attendance.
- Conduct employee performance appraisals and support their professional growth.
Experience Requirements
The candidate must have between 3 and 5 years of experience working in retail operations, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or managerial position.
Performance Indicators
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Ensuring accuracy in inventory and availability of stock.
- Minimizing shrinkage and preventing losses.
