Store Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a meticulous and organized Store Executive responsible for overseeing daily store activities, including inventory management and material handling. The position demands a thorough understanding of inventory workflows, procurement, and stock supervision, with strong skills in Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials within the store.
• Track and regulate material movement to maintain precise inventory data.
• Ensure optimal stock quantities by monitoring reorder thresholds.
• Initiate Purchase Orders according to material needs.
• Create and maintain Goods Receipt Notes for incoming shipments.
• Conduct routine stock audits and physical inventory checks.
• Maintain complete and accurate store records and documentation.
• Liaise with procurement, production, and other teams to guarantee timely availability of materials.
• Generate detailed inventory and stock reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Adhere strictly to company policies, inventory control standards, and safety regulations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related disciplines.
• Have between one to three years of experience in store management, inventory oversight, or warehouse operations.
• Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel functions such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas, and generating reports.
• Possess solid knowledge about material flow, inventory systems, and store operational procedures.
• Experience in managing reorder levels, purchase order creation, goods receipt documentation, and stock reconciliation is essential.
• Prior experience in garment manufacturing sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
