Job description

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech and Language Therapist to join our Riyadh office on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and delivering tailored speech and language therapy programs for children and other individuals experiencing communication and language challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough assessments of speech, language, and communication abilities.
  • Create and execute personalized treatment plans that address each client's unique needs.
  • Conduct both individual and group therapy sessions focusing on speech and language development.
  • Tackle difficulties relating to speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice, and communication.
  • Track client progress and adjust therapy plans as necessary.
  • Prepare detailed clinical documentation and maintain up-to-date patient records.
  • Work collaboratively with psychologists, ABA therapists, occupational therapists, and other professionals in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Effectively communicate with parents and caregivers, offering guidance and recommendations.
  • Adhere to professional and ethical standards in all clinical work.
  • Engage in case discussions, team meetings, and ongoing professional development.
  • Ensure full compliance with organizational clinical policies, procedures, and quality benchmarks.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology, Speech and Language Therapy, or a related discipline.
  • Valid professional classification and registration with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
  • Clinical or rehabilitation experience is preferred.
  • Experience working with children and individuals with developmental or communication disorders is highly desirable.
  • Strong skills in clinical evaluation, treatment planning, and documentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Ability to function well within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Dedication to patient confidentiality, professional ethics, and delivering high-quality clinical care.
