About the Role
Join TP to engage in meaningful work while being part of a supportive team. This role is ideal whether you're transitioning fields, have experience as a call center agent, or a background in customer service. You will be assisting online advertisers through multiple communication platforms including phone, chat, email, and scheduled meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive customer assistance to online advertisers via various communication channels such as phone, chat, email, and appointment-based calls.
- Support customers with managing advertising campaigns, billing queries, account configuration, addressing technical problems, and analyzing ad performance.
- Resolve client issues by coordinating with both internal departments and external partners.
- Proactively reach out to customers with follow-ups and callbacks offering personalized and solution-driven support.
- Spot opportunities to promote and upsell relevant product features and services.
Candidate Profile
- Fluent Spanish communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Strong command of English language.
- Patient, customer-focused with a friendly demeanor.
- Excellent professional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in online advertising or customer service is a beneficial asset.
- Sales aptitude with the ability to upsell features and services effectively.
- High technical aptitude including familiarity with PCs, internet navigation, Microsoft Office, and troubleshooting.
