Another Level General Trading LLC, situated in Abu Dhabi, UAE, operates as an international sourcing and distribution firm engaged in diverse trading activities.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Sourcing, Logistics & Supply Chain Coordinator responsible for overseeing the entire process from supplier identification and purchase order management through to the final goods delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage coordination of international shipments across air, sea, and land transport modes.
• Generate and prepare necessary shipping and customs documentation including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin (COO), HS Codes, and Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
• Serve as the liaison among freight forwarders, shipping companies, customs brokers, and suppliers to ensure smooth shipment processes.
• Solicit, evaluate, and negotiate freight rate quotations to secure optimal terms.
• Monitor shipment progress and provide timely updates to customers and internal departments.
• Assist in supplier sourcing activities, conduct price comparisons, and support procurement tasks.

Qualifications & Experience

• Between 2 to 5 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or international shipping with specific exposure within the UAE market.
• Possession of a valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Comprehensive understanding of import/export regulations and customs protocols.
• Proficiency in English communications is essential; knowledge of Arabic is considered advantageous.
• Competence in Microsoft Excel and Outlook applications.
• Experience handling dangerous goods in compliance with IATA and IMDG regulations is beneficial but not required.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary offered is AED 4000 per month.
