About the Company

Role Overview
We are seeking English language trainers to conduct training sessions for teachers across schools, focusing on communicative English skills. The trainer’s main role involves designing and delivering engaging English language training programs intended to enhance real-life and professional communication capabilities in learners.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel to and visit 40 to 50 schools each month to provide training.
- Design lesson plans and conduct classroom and field training sessions for school teachers.
- Deliver demo sessions to school management to showcase the training programs.
- Assist and train teachers in organizing English language learning (EELL) classes effectively.
- Monitor EELL program implementation by frequent classroom visits and audits.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to support outreach efforts.
- Ensure the successful completion of EELL programs within assigned schools.
Qualifications and Skills
- Graduation in any discipline is mandatory.
- Proficiency in English communication is essential.
- Preference for candidates with 1 to 2 years of training or teaching experience; freshers may also apply.
- Basic computer skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Age preferably between 25 and 40 years.
- Ability to speak both English and Telugu.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively within the city.

- Work schedule involves day and morning shifts.
- Educational qualifications preferred: MA English, BA English, or English Literature background.
