Social Consultant

Role Overview

As the pivotal liaison between clients and our team, you will understand client objectives, translate requirements into clear briefs, and ensure projects are delivered efficiently, collaboratively, and with high quality standards.

You will work closely with teams specializing in Social Creative, Content, Creator Activation, Search, Performance, and Digital Design, ensuring the right people collaborate at the right times.

You will monitor schedules, priorities, and budgets, identify growth opportunities, and help transform promising ideas into successful social media projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships independently on a day-to-day basis.
• Oversee social media projects and campaign execution.
• Create detailed briefs and coordinate internal project teams.
• Prepare and facilitate client meetings and presentations.
• Ensure adherence to quality, timelines, and budget constraints.
• Collaborate closely with Social Creative, Content, Creator Activation, Search, Performance, and Digital Design teams.
• Contribute to developing social strategies and cross-channel initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for optimization and enhance existing projects.

Candidate Profile

• Several years of experience in account management, consultancy, or social media management.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital communication.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a structured work approach.
• Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for collaborating with clients and interdisciplinary teams.
• Independent, proactive, and responsible work style.
• Confident demeanor and eagerness to actively drive projects forward.
