Overview
We are seeking an experienced Skilled Foreman with over 7 years of expertise in building construction to oversee and direct construction activities on site. This role demands a thorough understanding of construction drawings, blueprints, and project requirements alongside the ability to lead teams efficiently while enforcing safety standards and ensuring timely progress.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical specifications accurately.
- Oversee daily construction operations and closely monitor site progress against schedules.
- Organize work schedules and track attendance of all workforce members.
- Assign duties to workers and subcontractors according to project priorities and deadlines.
- Ensure correct and safe utilization of machinery, tools, and safety gear on site.
- Uphold all workplace safety protocols and strive to maintain on-time completion of tasks.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of building construction methods, procedures, and equipment operation.
- Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in English for effective communication, including speaking and listening.
- Age requirement: between 30 and 50 years.
