Role Overview

The Site Engineer position is a full-time, on-location role based in Doha. It involves managing aluminium construction and installation tasks, ensuring adherence to design guidelines, safety protocols, and quality standards. Key activities include coordinating with civil and structural engineers, supervising onsite teams, overseeing project progression, and tackling technical challenges during execution. The engineer will perform routine quality audits, produce site reports, collaborate with project managers and contractors, and foster best practices in aluminium fabrication and assembly. Effective communication with all project stakeholders is essential to meet schedule, budget, and quality objectives.

Qualifications and Skills

• Competence in on-site supervision and coordination of construction or installation operations.
• Excellent communication abilities for engaging with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and clients professionally.
• Experience in quality assurance with skills to inspect workmanship, enforce compliance, and uphold safety and project standards.
• Knowledge of structural engineering concepts, including design principles, load support elements, and application of aluminium systems.
• Background in civil or related engineering fields, ideally with exposure to construction, façade work, or aluminium manufacturing projects.
• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a similar discipline.
• Familiarity with building regulations, safety norms, and construction codes applicable in Qatar or the GCC area.
• Proficiency with engineering and design software such as AutoCAD and structural analysis programs, along with basic document preparation skills.
• Strong analytical thinking, meticulous attention to detail, and dedication to delivering top-quality work.
• Prior experience in aluminium or façade installation projects is considered advantageous.
