About the Role
We are seeking two hands-on Shift Supervisors to lead our team at our brand-new Kallangur location. This leadership role demands active engagement on the floor to ensure seamless daily operations, outstanding customer experiences, and a strong, positive team culture. This is not a passive managerial position but an opportunity to inspire and motivate your team in a vibrant environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead shifts by motivating and managing team performance effectively.
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure guests have memorable experiences.
- Oversee food preparation, uphold service standards, and ensure high product quality.
- Maintain rigorous food safety, hygiene, and compliance protocols.
- Manage inventory control, stock levels, and procurement.
- Ensure the restaurant is clean, organized, and maintained to high standards.
- Confidently handle and resolve customer concerns.
- Provide support for team training, build culture, and contribute to operational success.
- Assist with marketing efforts and promotional activities.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years experience in a supervisory capacity within hospitality.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Track record of delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume service environment.
- A positive, proactive attitude with a focus on problem-solving.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate, or willingness to obtain one.
