Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Experience
- At least partial completion of high school education.
- Preferably some prior experience in operations.
- Compliance with local food safety standards, including Food Handler certification obtained independently.
Physical and Workplace Requirements
This role requires standing for extended periods in a hot, fast-paced kitchen environment with limited workspace and high noise levels. You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for up to four hours, and reach across 36-inch countertops to serve customers. The position involves preparing hot and cold foods using kitchen tools like Chinese cook knives, requiring accuracy and speed. Strong verbal communication, adaptability to changing tasks, and conflict management skills are essential.
