About the Role

As a Setter in Telesales, you will play a pivotal role in client acquisition and consultation, inspiring prospects to fulfill their business potential.
Responsibilities
- Initiate contact with prospective clients generated from workshops and advertisements.
- Prepare and schedule appointments with interested individuals via telephone.
Requirements
- Experience in sales and setter roles is preferred.
- Passion for motivating and engaging with people.
- Strong enthusiasm and aptitude for telesales activities.
- Open-minded, curious, and eager to learn.
- Quick learner with disciplined follow-through until goals are achieved.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Fluent and error-free verbal and written German language proficiency.
- No current entrepreneurial endeavors; focus should be on this full-time setter position.
Working Conditions
