Job Overview
We seek an experienced ServiceNow developer specializing in Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) modules. The ideal candidate will have substantial hands-on expertise in configuring and customizing ServiceNow IRM components such as Audit, Risk, and Compliance, combined with strong development skills in scripting and workflow automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules including Audit, Risk, and Compliance.
- Configure and tailor Workspace environments to meet business needs.
- Work extensively with Flow Designer and create Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes for functional enhancements.
- Design and build dashboards, reports, and performance analytics to provide key insights and analytics.
- Interpret business requirements accurately to implement scalable, effective configurations and solutions.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 4 to 6 years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong proficiency with ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules.
- Experienced in workspace customization and configuration.
- Solid JavaScript scripting capabilities within ServiceNow platform.
- Certified ServiceNow System Administrator and ServiceNow Application Developer.
Preferred Skills
- ServiceNow CIS-IRM certification is highly desirable.
- Experience collaborating with global teams and stakeholders in a cross-functional setting.
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively in diverse teams.
