Job description
Overview
This role involves starting and ending the working day at home while servicing a variety of customers. The key functions include delivering excellent service, problem-solving on-site issues, installing and exchanging products, and identifying upselling opportunities. The position is full-time and permanent, located in Kinsale/Douglas, County Cork, Ireland, with a starting salary of €29,350 and an on-target earning potential of €32,500.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate driving and delivery duties for all customer service requests professionally.
- Provide timely updates and feedback to management regarding customer service activities.
- Ensure the accuracy and appropriateness of stock and services provided to customers.
- Collaborate in designing efficient routes to meet new customer service demands.
- Follow all company health and safety guidelines strictly.
- Consistently meet or exceed customer expectations.
Candidate Requirements
- Possession of a full, clean driving license valid in Ireland or the EU.
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively under deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A dedicated focus on delivering superior customer service.
- Attention to detail with precise accuracy in executing duties.
- Positive attitude and self-motivation to use initiative.
