Service Advisor

Role Overview

We invite passionate individuals to join Volkswagen Group Singapore as a Service Advisor. This role requires being the welcoming representative and trusted consultant for customers, ensuring an exceptional service experience and fostering enduring client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers presenting vehicle issues, providing knowledgeable advice and customized service recommendations.
• Arrange service appointments, oversee work order management, and keep customers updated throughout the repair process.
• Offer transparent and precise cost estimates for services.
• Collaborate closely with technical staff to guarantee prompt and high-quality vehicle repairs.
• Perform comprehensive inspections of serviced vehicles before delivering them to customers.
• Validate invoices for correctness and clearly explain billing details when customers collect their vehicles.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess 2 to 3 years of experience within service or retail sectors.
• Proficient communication skills in both spoken and written English.
• Exhibit high independence, initiative, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Maintain composure under pressure and effectively address customer issues.
• Hold GCE ‘O’ Level, NITEC, or an equivalent certification.
• Have a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license.
• Preparedness to work alternate Saturdays and overtime as required.
• Basic understanding of automotive systems and repair procedures is advantageous.
