Overview
This position is based at the EDITION hotel located in Shura Island, The Red Sea, Saudi Arabia. The role involves serving guests in a manner that not only meets but enhances their dining experience by creating memorable moments beyond just food delivery. The server will engage in various responsibilities such as setting tables, taking and delivering orders, coordinating with kitchen staff, and maintaining cleanliness of the work area.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure guest satisfaction by delivering personalized service and anticipating guest needs during their dining experience.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment adhering to company policies and health standards.
- Support operational efficiency by effectively communicating with kitchen and other staff members.
- Physically manage tasks involving standing, walking, sitting for extended periods, and handling items weighing up to 25 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
- Follow uniform and personal appearance standards as defined by the company.
Qualifications and Requirements
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is required.
- Less than one year of relevant work experience preferred.
- No prior supervisory experience necessary.
- Should be capable of performing physical activities related to the role, including mobility over various surfaces and moving items as stated.
