Role Summary

As a Senior Visual Designer within the Marketing Creative team, you will craft compelling and innovative designs that influence how millions of families interact with Age of Learning's products. Your focus will be on visual assets for user acquisition efforts including paid advertising, creative experiments, email campaigns, in-app events, and landing pages, while occasionally contributing to other broad initiatives. Reporting to the VP of Creative, this role demands strong conceptual abilities, mastery in visual design, character design skills—both 2D and 3D—and adaptability across various digital media.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design outstanding creative deliverables spanning digital, mobile, web, social platforms, email, and app store brand experiences reflecting ABCmouse's unique 2D and 3D character art and visual branding.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of ABCmouse’s visual language and character assets to guarantee consistent, high-caliber creative across all customer interactions.
  • Incorporate AI-driven tools strategically to expedite ideation, research, concept formation, and production without compromising creative quality or brand guidelines.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 8 years of professional experience in visual design, preferably within agencies or in-house teams in technology, gaming, entertainment, consumer products, or digital subscription sectors.

Compensation & Benefits

Estimated annual salary range: $115,000 to $135,000 USD, subject to factors like expertise, experience, and location.
