Key Responsibilities

• Utilize expert-level knowledge of Amadeus GDS for daily operations.
• Handle a wide range of ticketing tasks including domestic and international ticket issuance.
• Process ticket refunds as per airline policies and customer requests.
• Manage ticket reissues and validations efficiently to ensure compliance.
• Oversee Passenger Name Record (PNR) management for accurate reservation handling.
• Manage queue systems to prioritize and process ticketing tasks smoothly.
• Calculate and interpret fares accurately according to airline fare rules and regulations.
• Maintain a strong understanding of ticketing procedures, airline fare rules, and travel documentation requirements.
• Handle Billing Settlement Plan (BSP) transactions and airline accounting entries.
• Knowledge of marine ticketing is an added advantage.
• Facilitate the resolution of complex ticketing discrepancies, ADM queries, and customer escalations.
• Coordinate regularly with Operations, Accounts, and Sales departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills and provide superior customer service.
• Work independently while managing multiple priorities amidst deadlines and pressure.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates should possess a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree specializing in Travel and Tourism to apply.
