Job Responsibilities

• Keep internal databases updated with accurate attendance, employee details, and payroll information.
• Manage workforce allocation including laborers, coordinators, and helpers, adapting to operational demands and changing needs.
• Assist in conducting internal investigations concerning employee misconduct such as theft and policy breaches.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for employee-related inquiries, delivering prompt and professional HR and administrative support.
• Lead onboarding activities to ensure new hires effectively integrate into the operations team.
• Organize and manage transportation arrangements for employees across various operational hubs.
• Evaluate and monitor the performance of coordinators and helpers to ensure they meet operational key performance indicators and standards.
• Oversee payroll processes for vendors, making sure payments occur timely and comply with established service agreements.
• Maintain adherence to hiring service level agreements to fulfill staffing needs across multiple hubs.

Qualifications and Skills

• Between 4 to 6 years' experience in areas such as operations, HR coordination, or workforce management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on detail orientation.
• Proficient in conflict resolution and management.
• Capability in negotiation and managing relationships with various stakeholders.
