Job Overview

Primary Responsibilities

• Supervise both internal and external data reporting workflows ensuring accuracy and integrity.
• Collaborate with IT to automate manual reporting, increasing efficiency.
• Design and execute optimization and predictive models supporting operational and lean initiatives.
• Handle complex data projects, guaranteeing high-quality deliverables.
• Implement quality control systems and KPIs to fuel ongoing improvements.
• Champion best practices in data governance and analytical processes.
• Work closely with senior leadership to align analytical projects with organizational goals.
• Identify and eliminate inefficiencies in business processes to enhance value and efficiency.
• Analyze trends and process deviations to establish a sustainable continuous improvement monitoring framework.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Management Information Systems, or related disciplines; a Master’s degree is highly preferred.
• Minimum of five years’ relevant experience in data analytics with leadership responsibilities in project delivery.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in collaborating with diverse teams across functions.
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in both spoken and written English.
• Skilled in Excel, Microsoft Power BI, and SQL for data analysis.
