Role Overview
We seek an accomplished Solution Sales Specialist to manage strategic sales opportunities from inception through closure. This individual will act as a trusted advisor, conducting level-1 technical discussions independently, with deeper technical involvement only when necessary. The role involves aligning business priorities with Celebal's offerings in Data Engineering, Cloud Modernization, Enterprise Automation, SAP data monetization, and AI-based transformations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete business development and sales process for enterprise accounts, including prospecting, solution design, negotiation, and deal closure, while meeting individual revenue goals.
- Lead technical and solution conversations at the first level autonomously, engaging pre-sales or delivery teams for complex technical input.
- Create and maintain commercial and technical documents such as Statements of Work, Master Service Agreements, RFP/RFI responses, pricing models, and proposals at a high standard.
- Promote solution areas including Generative AI, Data Modernization, Application Re-engineering, Power Platform, SAP, Data Governance, and Intelligent Automation.
- Develop and maintain account plans and pipelines using CRM tools, identifying upsell, cross-sell, and new opportunities.
- Represent Celebal at international industry and partner events to generate leads and strengthen client relationships.
- Utilize partnerships with Microsoft, Databricks, AWS, and SAP to enhance sales pipelines through co-selling and co-marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Inside Sales teams on campaigns and strategies targeting CXO-level executives.
- Ensure accurate forecasting, maintain CRM data integrity, and complete all internal reporting and business planning requirements.
Desired Skills and Experience
- At least 5 years of consultative B2B sales experience in IT services, cloud technologies, data, or analytics sectors.
- Strong record of success in enterprise solution sales and consistently achieving revenue objectives.
- Competence in Azure, Databricks, SAP, Power Platform, AI/ML, Data Lakehouse, and automation technologies sufficient to handle L1 technical assessments independently.
- Proven ability to independently generate commercial documentation including SOWs, MSAs, and pricing frameworks.
- Experience dealing with and influencing senior executives, including CXOs, across multiple regions and time zones.
- Good knowledge of partner ecosystems (Microsoft, Databricks, SAP, AWS) and collaborative selling models.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with background in startup or high-growth environments and a strong grasp of business strategy and relevant industry insights.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, partner engagements, and to co-locate initially with the Jaipur team.
Success Milestones (First 6-12 Months)
- Gain thorough understanding of Celebal’s offerings, partnership models, and internal workflows.
- Establish and nurture credible relationships with CXO-level clients in assigned accounts.
- Build a qualified sales pipeline and independently move opportunities through solution development and proposal phases.
- Achieve initial key wins that contribute towards quarterly targets and accurate sales forecasting.

Additional Information
Location: Noida, India with expected co-location in Jaipur. Reporting to Deputy VP / Sales Leadership. Individual contributor role with prospects to expand into leadership as the practice grows.
