Senior Sales Manager

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced real estate sales expert to lead our sales initiatives, foster relationships with channel partners, and ensure successful client engagements. This role involves traveling to client sites near Dagshai, about one hour from Chandigarh, to facilitate property visits and finalise sales deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead sales efforts in the real estate domain with a focus on driving revenue growth.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with channel partners to amplify sales reach.
• Conduct on-site client visits to Dagshai for property presentations and discussions.
• Prepare and present compelling sales proposals tailored to client needs.
• Meet and exceed predefined business targets and sales goals.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 8 years' professional experience in real estate sales.
• Graduate degree from a recognized institution.

Compensation and Benefits

Offers an attractive salary package ranging from 1,200,000 to 1,500,000 INR annually, along with additional benefits.
