Thornova Solar is looking for an experienced recruiter who can own the full hiring lifecycle and support talent acquisition across the organization.
Core responsibilities
- Partner with business and team leaders to clarify hiring needs and refine recruitment plans and job advertisements.
- Handle sourcing, screening, and pipeline development for open roles, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates.
- Coordinate interviews from start to finish, follow up on feedback, and maintain a positive candidate journey.
- Assist with background checks, offer processing, and onboarding for new hires.
- Monitor recruitment performance metrics and share regular KPI updates.
Candidate profile
The ideal candidate brings at least 5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, with strong knowledge of the U.S. talent market. Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and performing direct outreach to candidates is important. Clear English communication, strong cross-functional coordination, and a data-focused approach are expected. Experience in solar or manufacturing is an advantage.
