Key Responsibilities

• Define the strategic direction and lead the Projects team, fostering a dynamic work environment.
• Recruit, develop, and manage a strong team of Project Managers ensuring best practice implementation.
• Develop and implement organizational processes and procedures to optimize project delivery.
• Drive business expansion by enhancing and broadening service offerings.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of various project revenue models.
• Oversee progress across all projects, making sure deliverables meet agreed standards.
• Accountable for project scope, effort estimation, budget adherence, and timely delivery.
• Implement continuous improvements in project execution and team performance through analysis and measurement.
• Lead annual PMO planning and ensure accurate execution.
• Act as the primary escalation point for all program and team management issues.
• Seek process efficiency improvements and innovate methodologies to maximize business value.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with customers and business units.
• Serve as a role model and promote teamwork within the organization.
• Manage and report on project scope changes, contractual milestones, and project status to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure strict adherence to PMO financial discipline with regular weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting.

Skills and Qualifications

• 7 to 12 years of experience in project or program management, with at least 2 years in senior leadership roles.
• Proven experience handling large-scale programs and projects with full ownership and responsibility for delivery.
• Strong capabilities in client management including project transitions, transformations, and migrations.
• Experience managing program budgets up to USD 100 million and overseeing project lifecycles end-to-end.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and manage multiple Project Managers and diverse global teams.
• Expertise in resource planning, talent and performance management, and continuous team development.
• Skilled in risk management, problem-solving, and conflict resolution with data-driven decision-making approach.
• Proficiency in MS Project, MS Excel, and other project management software tools.
• Understanding of Infrastructure Services, Technology Delivery, System Integration, and global onsite-offshore delivery models.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, client relationship management, and leadership skills demonstrated through strong ownership and accountability.
